Ensto shines at Renewable Energy India

Countless smiles and handshakes along with thousands of business cards were exchanged at Ensto’s stall at the Renewable Energy India Expo.

During the three-day long event, which took place 23-25 September near the Indian capital Delhi, Ensto’s stand was teaming with visitors and customers alike.

The expo was on its fourth year but many conferencegoers noted how this year’s event was bigger and better than ever before.

The buzz at the event was focused on the Indian government’s planned solar policy, which sets to double the solar power capacity across the country in the next decade.

For Ensto India Industrial Solutions, the new policy is great news.

“Now that everyone is looking into solar, it means further opportunities for. In fact we are seeing an increased interest across a wide range of our products,” said Manish Sharma, General Manager of Ensto India Industrial Solutions.

The market in India is brimming with opportunities right now, something Sharma and his team are relishing.

“We are well poised to take advantage of the situation.

Our plans is to grow our distribution network and increase our knowledge base in the coming year,” Sharma says.

Ensto Industrial Solutions has been in India for just over three years but in a short time it has managed to achieve a solid position in the market, and reputation that keeps bringing back the customers.

“Our brand is today well-known because our customers know us for our quality products that last and are well made,” Sharma says.

Whilst changes in the government policies have not gone unnoticed from Ensto’s rivals, it still has the competitive advantage in India - thanks to its made-to-measure product line.

“Customization of our products is something we are very proud of and no-one does it India. Time and time again our clients keep coming back because we can offer them unique solutions,” Sharma says.

In fact, it’s not just customization that puts Ensto ahead of the curve.

The team's secret lies in its attitude to customers.

“Our clients praise us for the thorough work we do and how we take time to educate and train them about our products,” Sharma notes.

Ensto sales force isn’t just focusing on closing the sale and leaving the customer to handle the product alone.

Instead, it is always putting the customer first.

“We try to be doctors for our clients. First we look at the problem, then diagnose it and fix the issue,” Sharma says.

The visitors to the Renewable Energy India Expo couldn't agree more.
